What to Expect

It all starts with a consultation in which my main goal is to connect with the client and truly understand their goals and vision for the project. Some clients have a strict picture in mind of what they want to achieve, while others contact me because they haven't a fleeting idea of what they want, they just know they're ready to love their home. In either situation, it is my job to provide examples and solutions to guide the client's plan and determine the scope and immediate direction of the project.

It is as important to me as it is to each of my clients, that I discuss budgets and develop estimates in that initial consultation. Being able to take a person's true budget and make sure I do the most with it is a big part of my design platform. I don't like to make promises that I cannot deliver due to budget restrictions so upfront fees and consistent communication is vital to the success of every design project.
